The below features players that I have coached or that have been a part of the Triple Crown and/or USAthletic programs. That includes kids that I've coached with my mentor Jeff Mercer at Mercer's Sports Center when I just started. It includes players that were involved with Triple Crown from '94-'04, some I coached with Indiana Bulls from 2000-2002. And finally, players that have played on USAthletic Teams from 2002-2006. The players on this list in should no way be be considered only "our guy". High achievers are often influenced, developed and coached by a "team" of very talented people and organizations throughout their playing career. I list them more as a celebration of their hard work, dedication and success than anything else. Over the years, now hundreds have gone "pro" in something other than baseball (to take a line from the NCAA commercial). I am equally proud of the teachers, firefighters, professionals, managers and yes even coaches that have been involved with us in one way or another. I also want to mention the girls' softball players that have been just as dedicated and a great joy to teach. And in reverse, many of these kids (and their famiies) have dramatically impacted me and made my life much richer. I consider some of them my best friends to this day. And for that I feel blessed beyond measure. For the ones that are still playing or coaching, I'll try to link to where they're currently at so you can follow and root them on! I'm sure I will have missed some kids. Please let me know and I'll get it updated.
